One 20 KiB executable provides identical CLI and Win32 GUI paths, writes Lenovo PWRMGRV configuration and applies changes directly through IBMPmDrv IOCTLs. No CRT, .NET, Vantage service or Lenovo user-mode DLL dependency; Lenovo PM kernel driver required.
