cpsolver/VoteFair-ranking
This VoteFair ranking software calculates fair results for elections and surveys. VoteFair ranking is described at www.VoteFair.org and in the book "Ending The Hidden Unfairness In U.S. Elections" by Richard Fobes. VoteFair ranking includes a single-winner component that elects the Condorcet winner when there is one, and a PR (proportional representation) component that defeats attempts to gerrymander district boundaries.
