A hybrid model called the "Hybrid Efficient Convolution" (HEC) framework and created own gesture dataset, called "BdSL_OPA_23_GESTURES". Our "Hybrid Efficient Convolution" (HEC) framework provided superior accuracy of 93.17% on our "BdSL_OPA_23_GESTURES" dataset.
